Mow to own agreement and policy

This service plan includes full delivery and installation of the robotic mower, complete property mapping, routine blade changes, and daily performance monitoring. Seasonal service is also included, covering end-of-season removal, winter storage, and required off-season maintenance to ensure the mower is ready each spring. Customers are responsible for any additional yard work outside of the mower’s automated coverage, including trimming, edging, and general yard cleanup. A working outdoor power outlet and Wi-Fi network access must be provided so the equipment can operate and communicate properly. The service is billed monthly, and ownership of the mower transfers to the customer after eighteen completed payments. A one-time setup fee is required at the start of service. During the first year, up to ninety percent of all payments made may be applied toward an early outright purchase of the mower if the customer chooses to buy before completing the full payment term. Customers must allow reasonable access to the property for installation, maintenance, and monitoring. Any damage caused by animals, vehicles, weather, or poor yard conditions may result in additional charges. The mower must be used only within the boundaries established during initial mapping. The customer may cancel service at any time; however, all outstanding charges remain due, and the mower must be returned unless ownership has already transferred. The first-year purchase credit option is only available within the initial twelve months of service. The service provider is not responsible for trimming, edging, yard cleanup, or issues resulting from power outages, Wi-Fi loss, environmental hazards, or weather-related interruptions. By enrolling in the plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
