Lawnamation is operated by Musson Landscaping LLC and provides robotic lawn mowers, accessories, setup support, and related products throughout Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and the Upper Midwest.

1. Shipping Carriers

Lawnamation plans to use Spee-Dee Delivery whenever possible.

When Spee-Dee Delivery is not available for a customer’s location, package size, product type, or delivery requirements, we may use another carrier such as UPS or FedEx.

Shipping carrier selection may depend on:

- Delivery address
- Product size and weight
- Product availability
- Carrier service area
- Delivery speed
- Shipping cost
- Product handling requirements
- Whether the order includes robotic mowers, accessories, or larger equipment

2. Order Processing Times

We make every reasonable effort to process orders quickly.

### In-Stock Products

In-stock orders are typically shipped the next business day after the order is received and payment is approved.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically be processed on the next business day.

### Non-Stock or Backordered Products

Products that are not currently in stock will ship the day we receive them into stock, whenever possible.

If a non-stock item is delayed by the manufacturer, distributor, carrier, or supply chain, we will make reasonable efforts to update the customer when information is available.

For purposes of this Shipping Policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Lawnamation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, supply chain issues, or events outside our control.

6. Local Delivery and Setup

Some products may be eligible for local delivery, professional setup, mapping, installation assistance, or service support.

Local delivery and setup availability may depend on:

- Customer location
- Product purchased
- Service schedule
- Property access

- Setup requirements
- Lawnamation service area

If your order includes professional setup, Lawnamation may contact you after purchase to coordinate scheduling and next steps.

Shipping, delivery, and setup are separate services unless clearly stated as included with the product, plan, or written agreement.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some products may not be eligible for shipment to P.O. boxes due to product size, weight, carrier rules, or delivery requirements.

Robotic mowers and larger equipment may require a physical street address for delivery.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase.

Lawnamation is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, additional shipping charges, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or shows delivery issues, please contact Lawnamation promptly.

- Shipping address
- Tracking number
- Photos of damaged packaging or products
- Description of the issue

For damaged shipments, please keep the original packaging, shipping label, and all included materials until the issue has been reviewed. Carriers may require photos or inspection before a claim can be processed.

If an order includes multiple items, some items may ship separately depending on availability, warehouse location, carrier requirements, or product type.

If part of an order is delayed, Lawnamation may ship available items first and send remaining items when they become available.

Some products may ship directly from a manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment partner.

Snow, ice, storms, heavy rain, flooding, road conditions, and seasonal demand may cause delays.

When weather affects delivery or setup, Lawnamation will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the customer.
